This trip was very exciting. At first I thought my family and my friends were just going to go Cherry picking, but we pushed our trip a little farther. We were on our way driving to the cherry fields, as we saw some interesting buildings such as the CN tower, the hershy factory, etc. We finally arrived there, and there was alot of cherry trees. We all picked as much as we wanted, some of us jumped up to catch some. After the cherry picking we left for another place. We ate our cherries along the way until we arrived at an interesting landmark, the giant clock fountain. Today we were on a mission to discover how does the northern border of US works. We took a bus from Buffalo to the town Niagara Falls and there we headed to the Rainbow bridge. After finding out that only with motorized vehicles can shop in duty free, we went on the other side as pedestrians to Canada and there was no tax free shop. Against former experiences we could make pictures on the border and on top of that the officials were extremely friendly. Since the border is a tourist attraction we needed to pay 50 cents per person to return to US. Our time in Canada (app. 3 hours) was very nice. Hi alle! Jetzt melde ich mich wieder zu Wort. Wieder ein kleiner Zeitsprung... Unser Wecker ging schon um 6.30h, und das im Urlaub! Am Busbahnhof war eine Riesenschlange, wir haben uns schon gewundert, wie die alle mitkommen sollten, aber es wurde noch ein zweiter Bus eingesetzt. Um etwa 10h gings los, und wie soll es anders sein? Ein Deutscher aus Lübeck sitzt genau neben uns. Er beginnt gerade eine Tour durch Kanada. Gegen 20h waren wir an den Niagara-Fällen. Das ist sogar ein eigener Ort, "Niagara Falls", wusste ich gar nicht. Man konnte schon weitem was nebliges aufsteigen sehen, Sepp meinte gleich, dass das schon von den Fällen kommt.
