2. Someone who has not been inducted into the Travel blog Hall of Fame
3. Someone who has published a blog within the previous month.

Reply to this Oeerrr, I followed TravelByTravis (to make five) in order to make him eligible for the Hall of Fame... In so doing (I'm now aware) I scuppered his Blogger of the Month. I've retracted my following (so he's back to four): you can only get Blogger of the Month whilst you are "young"... Hall of... can follow next year???

I like the new trend of self nominating. I recall having done that on December 5, 2011 with Merry Jo's Seasoned Travel Bloggers forum topic, and the rest is history!
