Import blog from TravelArk

I moved a blog to TravelArk from TravelPod a number of years ago. Is it still possible to now import it into TravelBlog?

Is it possible to move my TravelArk backup blog to any other site? Or none other?
Is TravelArk still active? How does it work?
Hoping an old 2-year travel is not falling into the deep, dark hole.
