How to delete my blog

The Cancel Account email never came so the profile remains

I need to cancel my travelblog account. Actually I do not have any blog entries.
I used the Cancel Account link it said I would receive a second email, which never came.
I turned my profile to private and now it appears as Ploggers/Atanas and says only Delete Account
But the previous page at Bloggers/Atanas remains Reply to this

Wrong location for many cities by Twag
I have made the experience with TB that many cities are shown on a wrong location on the map. In Germany many with special characters ä, ö, ü but also many others around the world. Would there be a free open-source add-on which oyu could use to correct that. But in that case I am not sure, what happens to existing data.
