In response to: Msg #188484 While I would love to second SooHoo, he hasn't published a blog since 2013. As the reason for getting the BoW is to get more exposure, with more Followers, to get onto the Front Page, for more exposure and Followers, this doesn't happen if one doesn't write blogs. Perhaps you can let us know when he writes another blog...perhaps send him a message to ask him when that might be. A little encouragement always helps!
Reply to this Bob,
Take another look at SooHoo. I think the blog was just published. I believe he is trying to get caught up on older adventures. I'm hoping additional blogs will be coming soon.

Reply to this I'll give Simunique a third--I like her photos and her sense of adventure and of volunteering. MJ--I just looked on SooHoo's page and found nothing later than 12/23--are you seeing something that we aren't?
Reply to this On SooHoo if you look at the bottom line it looks to me as if it was published in Feb 2015.

WanderinAl, currently traveling through Central America. He provides good personal insights to every place he visits, and his pictures are very good.
Reply to this I'll third WanderinAl; his writing is historically informed and very enthusiastic.
Reply to this I'd like to nominate
Andre and Linda Andre & Linda. Their recent blog starting with "Sometimes I wish I was the pope" regarding snafus of their arrival in Manila had me laughin' from the get go. Their blogs are humorous, insightful and informative. Their prior blog of visit to Siem Reap and his reflections of being at a Cambodian refugee camp 32 years before was very moving. (Great pics too).
Reply to this We love humorous blogs so we'd like to 2nd your nomination.
Reply to this In response to: Msg #188650 Wow!! What an itinerary! I'll second GlendaT and while I'm at it, I also had a chance to read some of Andre and Linda's blogs...worthy of a third. It's going to be hard to select a BoW next week.
Reply to this When reviewing the Newest Blogs I especially like finding some of the earliest Travelbloggers who are still blogging...in this case
SlavicNerd #18004 who has been blogging since 2006. A student, then Fulbright scholar, and now working in Boston, he seems to learn the language of every country he visits, even if it's only for 24 hours. And he enjoys food. His writing is entertaining and irreverent. Thus my nomination.
Reply to this I 2nd the nomination for SlavicNerd. I do enjoy bloggers who have been writing for a while. It is always fun going back to see how their writing has evolved and changed. Learning languages is a real talent.
Reply to this I'd like to nominate
Bref Sarah for blogger of the week. They've published 59 blogs since joining TB in 2010 and almost 2600 photos. Lots of great rambling around South America....please check out their blogs and see what you think. They write about boarder challenges, sipping wine and attending the world cup semi-finals.
