June 19th Like any other night in miami last night was a rough night. Rough but so good at the same time. Today we decided to show the Irish lads the all you can eat Italian. This in theory was a cracking idea but in reality when we got in and started eating we realised we were that hungover we really couldn't make the most of it. With every bite we ate the closer we came to throwing up. However I mention and medal should go to the lady that kept filling our iced water up every few minutes. June 17th I woke up exhausted as usual after a long chat the previous night with Rachael. For hours and hours I explained how I don't like how all over me she is in the day and that I didn't go on this trip to get into a relationship. I also explained that I like to watch the euros on tv in the day and her sitting on my lap, when there are several spaces around is not appropriate. We stayed at the Deauville Beach Resort on the recommendation of our travel agent. It was all the way up in North Beach, and not in South Beach like we wanted, but it was cheap and right on the beach. Parking was 7 blocks away at a city lot and this place made some mistakes. When we arrived the first weekend, they gave us a key TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM! Thank goodness the occupants weren't there when we opened the door, they would have been pissed. The lights were on and their stuff was stewn all over the place. So we had to go back down to the front desk to get another room key. The next weekend we came back to stay at the same hotel. Thursday 14th of June I woke up and the room was spinning like I was on an episode of magic roundabout. My mouth like sandpaper and a voice more horse than red rum.Michael was feeling very similar it was going to be a long day. We headed to the sitting area to get a large cold drink from the water fountains we were both overheating badly. We headed outside into the sauna to find our Irish friends and exchange stories and memories from our nights antics. This is we're we found several stupid videos of us being stupid. And where I found out about kissing that girl chis being offered drugs and me falling asleep. Woke up at 4am and were at Miami air port by 5 for our flights to Cancun, Mexico! We were very excited to just get there and RELAX as we had been going non stop the whole time. We started the trip saying 'we'll sleep when we're dead' and then throughout the trip exhaustion and a lot of fatty food changed the saying too 'we'll sleep and exercise when we're in Cancun'. We were excited to leave the crappy rainy weather in Miami but when we got into Cancun it was still overcast which was poo. The shuttle that I had organised got us to the resort in a flash and I was ridiculously excited.
