Vancouver City is fun, Vancouver Island is beautiful, but our van sux! we bought an ugly van thing last Tuesday and it blew up on Thursday - Doh! All good though, after a couple of days waiting around for it to get fixed on Vancouver Island, she's back on the road and running like a dream! So far we've been here for just over a week and are loving Canada. We went to an Ice Hockey game the other night which was absolutely fantastic! there was heaps of good fights, real pop-corn vendors, and some heavily romantic type even proposed to his wife in one of the breaks - we couldn't believe our luck. Graham and I have been in the Vancouver area for a few days now, visiting some of his friends and family and taking care of some final preparations. It's not quite the same as Texas weather--currently snowing. We've got rupies, rubbles, and yen in our pockets and plane tickets to Delhi via Moscow for tomorrow morning. It will be 12 hours straight of flying, a 7 hour layover in Moscow, and then on to Delhi, getting us there around midnight. It should be an interesting time of day to find our way to our hostel.
