GÜN 02 CUMARTESİ Güzel bir güne uyandık..Sabah, dünden aldığımız bisküit (bazılarına göre püskevit)lerle nefis körletmesinden sonra yola çıktık . Bugün programda Stegna var .Önce Lindos yolu üzerinde Kantin adında bir yere uğrayarak kahvaltı edelim dedik . Kadıncağız kocasının vefatından sonra fazla dayanamamış ..zaten geçen yıl geldiğimizde yürüme zorluğu çekiyordu …bu yıl Canteen kapanmış .. Kahvaltı talebi kursağımızda kaldı …sonra ben yolları yemiş yutmuş biri olarak, gitmemiz gereken istikametin tersine 7 km gidince ,o ana kadar gündemde olmayan “mide kazınması” sorunu gündeme geldi.. Neyse yol kenarında bir yerde sorunu giderdik .Oradan artık nasılsa doğru istikamete yönelerek Stegna ya vardık .Bermutad lokanta açılmadığı için, kapının önüne mart kedileri gibi kurulduk.Vakti, denize girerek geçirdik ve tam yarımda her zamanki mas... read more

Issy's not hungry so I go to breakfast on my own. An older English couple comes in to the restaurant. The man is wearing sandals, beach shorts, a blue shirt and a tie. It looks like he dressed his top half thinking that he was going to work, and then remembered that he was on holiday. We've decided that we'll spend the first half of the day sightseeing, and the second half lying on the beach. Issy seems a bit more relaxed about us driving than she was a couple of days ago. Because they drive on the right hand side of the road in Greece, just about everything in the car is opposite to what we're used to. Day 5 We wake early, now that we are caught up on some needed sleep, head to breakfast, and then make our way to Old Town Rhodos via taxi. The taxi driver is very nice and recommends that he drop us off at the top of the hill and we make our way down the hill through town. Old Town Rhodos is a pedestrian only town with no cars allowed inside the walls. The town is surrounded by ancient stone walls for protection. The architecture is very medieval however the majority of the town is filled with souvenir shops and restaurants.
