Our trip back to the Czech Republic started in a van with 6 Asian kids (Sharon says I should call them young adults), all apparently malnourished. From Vienna Westbahnhoff to the outskirts they ate about three sausages each, some rolls, hepas of lollies and one guy finished off with a boiled egg with soy sauce. Then, as all Asians seem to do in any moving vehicle, they promptly fell asleep for the rest of the trip. Cesky Krumlov was our first destination, a fairy tale type of village with the requisite old town, pretty river curving around it and of course the castle overseeing it all. Endlich hatte ich nun meine wohlverdiente Woche Urlaub. Und natürlich wurde die Woche jetzt genutzt um alles mögliche an Vorbereitung zu erledigen. Als erste gute Neugikeit waren endlich meine Tollwut-Impfungen verfügbar. Monatg morgen dann um 09 Uhr direkt bestellt und um 13 Uhr schon in der Apotheke abholbereit. Dienstags dann direkt die erste Dosis in den Körper bekommen. Da es 3 Impfungen sind habe ich genau eine Woche später den zweiten Termin und dann nochmal 2 Wochen später die Abschluss-Impfung. Auf jeden Fall ein teurer Spaß. Dann habe ich diese Woche in erfahrung gebracht, dass ich für den 2 Stunden Transit-Aufenthalt in Delhi wirklich ein Visum brauche. Transit-Visum würde hier dann reichen (Kostet alleine auch ca. 33 Euro), leider hat das Transit-Visum nur 14 Tage gültigkeit, so dass ich das erst 2 Wochen vor meinem Flug ... read more

Zwei wichtige Sachen möchte ich euch nicht vorenthalten: Ich habe Julia versprochen, in jedem Land, in dem ich bin, einen Glückskeks aufzumachen. Mein erstes Land ist natürlich Deutschland. Ich habe am 1.5. also den ersten Glückskeks verspeist:Du kannst ein Missverständnis aus dem Weg räumen. Gehe auf den Anderen zu. Bis jetzt hat mir der Spruch noch nicht geholfen, aber ich bin ja noch ein paar Tage in Deutschland... Am Samstag hatte ich ja meine erste Fahrt mit den Klickschuhen.Ich will mal nicht so tun, als wären die Schuhe kein Problem für mich. Zwar fällt es leichter als gedacht, aber ich habe mich trotzdem schon damit auf die Fresse gepackt. 10m vorher war ich schoin ganz stolz, dass ich meine Füße problemlos innerhalb einer Umdrehung einklicken konnte.
