I have to comment These photos look interesting.. im a little worried though as ppl who take photos int he red light district are at huge risk! thank god you made it out alive.
YOUR PLACE IS HUGE awwwww i know how much of a change that must be but you have done the best thing... im so excited for all your travels coming up. You really seem to be adding to your adventures.
picture of unknown building i have no idea if im corect but it loks very similar to one of the many houses used in the filming of Pride and Pedjudice the BBC series...?
stormy weather i have to say the photos of stone henge really tell a story... and better than a post card shot for your album.
you seem to have enjoyed your parents stay very much so far...
Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas! It seems you've been doing extremely well down in the Big Smoke, I'd say probably a lot better than those travellers that just wind up working behind a bar on the other side of the world?! (mentioning no names!). I am also on the same shores as yourself now and I'm finding the novelty of grey skies, rain and fog soon wears off. Good to see your getting to other parts of Europe and 'Gay Paris' is a good place to start.
I'm still coming to terms with being back home and I can tell you it feels REALLY wierd!! Looking at the photo's and seeing all my video footage almost seems un-real, but the memories are still there.
I hope you keep having fun and enjoying this cold yet strangely appealing littel Island we call England. Take care and Happy New Year. Simon x.
Aurivor indeed!!! Im exhausted all over again just reading about what we did ;) Had a smashing time my girl!! Maybe next time we might need to consider more sleep before going, some warmer clothes and a couple of boys to carry our bags for us ... and while we are at it a chaffeur too!!! Hope your birthday was as enjoyable for you as it was for me!! Love you with all my heart - blessed to have met you!! xxx
It's the Birthday Girl!!!! Happy Birthday Megan!!!! A big 20 - that's means you have left your teenage years behind you. The only scarier thing than being 20 and leaving your teenage years - is to realise that your dad has now also left his middle age years behind him and well into his "mature age years".
Great present - A trip to Rome. Your Mum's first choice of present was to pack you in a box and bring you home for Christmas - but Santa follows the sun so you would not arrive by sleigh until Christmas 2007 as Santa visits Australia before he arrives in Loddon.
Have a great Birthday Megan - great to talk to you just now - you sound good (but lets tell mum you were sounding sad and homesick to make her still feel loved )
Talk to you soon and look forward to more pictures
Lots of love
Uncle Ian, Jodie Emma and Joshua.
Happy Birthday Dear Megan, We wish you a very happy birthday and hope it is not too lonely without your mum and dad to hold your hand and join in the celebrations. It sure will be a new experience for both the family and us. However we are thinking of you and trust that you will be enjoying a very happy birthday but not celebrating to the early hours of the morning! Lots of love and hugs and kisses, Nana and Poppa
Happy Birthday Happy 20th Birthday Megan. Would love to be there with you, even though it looks sooooooo cold, but the best we can do is send a little something along with Mum and Dad. Sounds like you're having an amazing time, but you have to act like a grown up now, that you're leaving your teenage years behind!!!!!
God bless,
Auntie Susan and Uncle Phil
Happy Birthday! Happy Birthday Megan! Mum tells me you are no longer a teenager now but I thought you were already really grown up. I want Mum to take me to London to visit you - and Thomas and Postman Pat.
Love Daniel (and Jessica, Helen and Al)
Dear - is it all play and no work? Dearest Megan. All these photo's and stories make it sound like you play all day (and night) - your Mother told me you had a Job!!!!. Little Sister (aka your mum) told me that you wore your shoes out from working such long hours - and that's why she came to to the rescue this week. Reading your update, looks more like its the Covent Garden Pub Crawl that's causing your shoes stared to fall apart and loose their “puddle proofing”!! I promise I won't tell if you don't tell (lets just hope she does not read this comment). Always in my thoughts Little Miss Megan - Happy Birthday dear. lots and lots of love - Ian
PS Don't mention you were crying when you update the blog - your mother has a de-hydration attack every time she read's it
Going well and we are all very proud of you... Megan, good to hear the news that all is well. But.......please don't feel like a 30-something. That would make your Mum in the high double digit age bracket - and your Dad - almost triple digit age bracket (but I will deny ever saying this). Keep the news coming and lots of pictures. Your lacking a few "Boy / Girl" photo snaps - or is this to ensure Mum worries less.
Well done Megan
Ian

About this time last year I was threatening to run away with the circus, but this time i'm serious.. Well no circus this year, but the running away part’s still 100%!!
I’ve finished my course, and want some “international” experiences to keep me inspired!! Hopefully London/Europe can do that for me because it’s a ONE WAY ticket!!... full info
