She didn't wake up until 8:00am this morning. 14 Hours!We got up this morning after 5:30am, to see Gary and Madison off. They left at 6:15am. After that, I did some computer work and then ate breakfast. The rest of the Rosenberger family woke up at 8:30am. Luke got into the kitchen and scrambled eggs for everyone. We even had bacon. I had fed Lucy earlier, but she wanted to eat more. Geo: 39.645, -106.383Glenn and I woke up early and met up with Sherrie and Steve at Vail pass. We connected up with Michelle, Stephen's girlfriend, Victoria, and Stephen's friend, Alex, and we all rode down to Frisco. We rode directly down and didn't stop in Copper at all. By the time we got down, Sherrie and Steve and Stephen were already settled into the Lazy Bear Lodge.I cooked up my prepared Mexican Casserole that I had made the night before. Geo: 39.645, -106.383We slept in til 7:30am. Felt good. Everyone was sat around and visited. And then we had bagels for breakfast. Just around noon time, Glenn, Madison, Gary and David Craycraft and I took the RAV 4 up to Vail pass and then David and I rode down to Copper Mountain. Glenn met us up 1/2 towards Vail pass. Then we sat around the Copper Mountain general area and visited. We watched people.We returned back to the Lazy Bear Lodge around 2pm, and I went on to take a nap. I slept until 5pm when Sherrie called.We sat around the Puzzle Table, while Gary and David were working on computers. For dinner we ordered Chinese dinner. Geo: 39.5416, -104.951When we woke the kids up this morning, I mentioned to David that it was "your mother's birthday!" and his immediate reply was, "Ahhh, she wasn't with me on my birthday (July 13), and I'm not with her on her birthday (July 24)". Smart kid. We slowly starting getting the kids awake this morning like at 6:30am, because we needed to be at church by 8:30am to start the enrollment process. It was a 30 minute drive to Cherry Hills Community Church. And we did pretty well. We got the kids fed, dressed and out the door - and we were pulling away by 8:00am. Geo: 39.0712, -104.663We were scheduled to leave the cabin by noon on Friday. Glenn and I "repacked" our stuff in our overnight bags, for the next 3 nights, until we get to Frisco, Colorado. That way, we don't have to lug our large suitcase around, and I'm packed in the overnights and my make-up bag. We did the same thing with David's stuff. We had way too many toys for him, especially since they had toys in the cabin already.We made instant oatmeal for breakfast. David ate 3 packages. Emily ate 2. Lucy is so cute.
