We're looking for the best blogs that have been added to TravelBlog this year, and we need your nominations...
His fluent writing style accompanied by awesome photography make for a truly good read. But this one tops my adventure list : Africa/Adventure......
Victoria Falls, Livingstone by

That, plus this one - also Africa/Adventure (sorry, can't make up my mind):
Meeting our distant relatives by
Weir travels. Her blogs are consistently good, but I find this most adventurous.
So there.....I was on a roll. I rest my case for now.
Reply to this The Real Iran by Nick Kembel for
Middle East/photography. The photos on all his blogs are good - the ones from Turkey and Greece are excellent too - but I went for this one because I really like the portraits.

Reply to this - How about we continue nominations until the 30th? That way I'll have time to sort out the winners' thread...

Reply to this Yes, please extend it until the end of the month.
I have a nomination under
North and South America/Photography for PA Leslie's
Big Island, amazing golf and night diving! - though to be precise it is for the videos. The sight of the gliding mantas at night is simply mesmerising.

Yeah, that is a great idea! I was just trying to figure out how to compose the thread, because I thought you wouldnt have time. But, great if you can do it... 😊
Reply to this Thanks Shane, when do you start diving? And I agree with you, the video only worth the trip! Specially if you consider I'm equiped with a nice, but very basic equipment. In terms of videos, I'm even more proud of my little one of the Galapagos...that was something.
I'm still have the outer reef and coral sea on my diving wishlist...we'll make sure we stop in Brisbane.
Merry Christmas to all of you guys. We are heading to Havelock for few days on the 26th. Not much connection I guess there...great beaches, diving...and doing nothing...an art that I've got to learn to master a little.
Funny point, Havelock is only few miles from some of the latest isolated tribes in the world, you speak of bows and no clothing....
