I'm an asthmatic - so no diving for me unfortunately. I just watched the Galapagos video, and though it is very impressive - for me the night dive video looks very, very special. Must be something to do with my love of atmospheric lighting in films and photos. Reply to this

Shane, sorry to hear about your asthma, but I've got some news for you.

You can do the night "dive" as a snorkeler in Hawai. Leslie, my son did it and he was pretty impress. As we dive at around only 10 meters, if you snorkel, you are actually not much further than the divers of the Manta.

And as a snorkeler, you can also see the whalesharks in many places. Seeing them while diving is really magical, but snorkeling is still something. I know you are going to Djibouti, but I think you may miss them...depend of the season, they are there from November to January.

Merry Christmas... Reply to this

Which actual blog do you vote for Sky? The voting is closed, but we havent decided the winners yet, so we can accept yours. 😊

A thread announcing the winners will appear in the next few days. So many good blogs it is not easy to decide which the winners should be, when some have the same number of votes. 😊
