This one doesn't come with me on all my shorter trips, but I guess having been in the other hemisphere for nearly 3 years counts as travelling :-)

A Kiwi in a sushi bar in Japan - now that is a sight! It looks a well-groomed Kiwi too. Reply to this

There were actually 2 Kiwis there Shane - just that I'm not so good at the 'hold out the camera' shots ;-) Reply to this

Do you mean you always travel with a mascot Kate? If so, do you have a photo of your mascot to post here? If not, a description will do. 😊 Reply to this

The Travelling Canucks have been travelling with our travel mascot, Mukluk the Canuck, since March 2007.

Mukluk has been to Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Egypt.

He brings out smiles and laughter wherever he goes since he likes to be photographed and often gets into trouble- singing Rock the Kasbah in Rabat, drinking port in Portugal, hanging out at the porn shop at Frankfurt Airport, and sitting on sculptures in museums when guards are not watching!

He has been chased by children in Siwa Oasis, Egypt while being chauffeured in a donkey cart and is a desert sandstorm survivor!

Mukluk is a great travel companion who is hoping to join the Travelling Canucks on future adventures!
