Hi Shane from Vancouver!

Mukluk invites you and the World to come to Vancouver in 2010 when Vancouver hosts the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.

Mukluk hopes all mascots hop on a plane, train or car and join the mascot party in 2010! Look for me on TV if you can't make it!

The Travelling Canucks have heard Mukluk thinking out loud:
"How come I wasn't picked as an Olympic Mascot? I'm better looking than Quatchi? Oh Yeah! I'm already branded - NHL's Vancouver Canucks and the Travelling Canucks mascot!

I would love to come to the Winter Olympics, but my friend who came with me to the Beijing Games last year is going - she already has tickets for ice skating pairs final, ice hockey, short track speed skating and a couple of other events. If I was coming, I'm sure our mascots would love to meet! Possibly the mascots could meet at the next winter games in Sochi?

Tell Mukluk it is better to be a travelling mascot, as the life of an Olympic mascot is filled with fame, but alas, is all too brief. Reply to this

Too bad......looks like the Travel Camel has no time to visit the True North, Strong & Free! Could it be the cold weather? Best to wait to tour Canada over the summer and early fall. Travelling to Vancouver in February is not the best time of year, unless you spend time skiing at Whistler and Banff!

Glad to hear your friend scored more Olympic tickets than we have! Perhaps.....she would like to invite Mukluk along for the fun of it! If your friend doesn't bring her traveling mascot to Vancouver, she can buy an Olympic mascot - Quatchi, Miga, Sumi or little Mukmuk! Notice the similarity to our mascot's name - copycats!

Mukluk plans on following Alexander the Great's footsteps - next stop is Greece, birthplace of the Olympics and on to Turkey for more Sheesha! Mukluk and the Olympic mascots have alot more in common than you think- they both travel first class on their family's expense accounts!

Not at the moment. I need to get a doll of my college school mascots or something like that. I would take that with me, and display my colors proudly!!! Go BYU Cougars!!!
