oooooooohhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! My first entry, try and see if i can work the complicated world of a travel blog thingy. I have set this up really so you people can see where I am and what i'm up 2. That i'm not causing too much trouble. And so i don't have to write the same email over and over. (to both my contacts). Feel free to email me, I will try and reply. But anywayz, leaving is getting close, and I have a few loose ends to tie up. First on the list was Harrogate, my finals contest with Waterbeach. We take these things very seriously, 2 hours before our final rehearsal and decide to stop in the closet pub to our accomodation, only too find that had been beaten there by about half the band. Today we went to Whitby, it's on the east coast of England at the North Sea. Your trip begun at 10 o'clock at Holgate Park and when we've arrived in Whitby we went 199 stairs up to the St. Mary's Church and the graveyards. On the top you had a very beautiful view down of Whitby. But we had also a problem...to visit the ruin of the St. Hilda's Abbey you have to pay £3,20 for students and £4,20. But we didn't pay this:) We went along the wall and at the deepest point, we climbed over the wall and jumpt down of the ground where the ruin was. That was really funny but we couldn't go out through the museum 'cause we hadn't a phone that told you something about the Abbey. So we had ... read more

You will laugh, you will scream, you will never forget.. Today we made a Ghost Trail. The Trail started at 19:30 in front of west doors of the minster. It dured 1 1/4 hours and in my opinion...something like that should also exist in our cities. It was a nice experience and we've heard 4 or 5 nice stories at the places where they happened. ;) "Dare you travel back in time, cross the centuries and experience the sstories that make up the hidden and blood chilling history of York's hostly tradition?"---Flyer I've got also some impressions for you 'ause we had a funny afternoon and we were in the Yorkshire Museum. yeah...only 5 weeks to go:) See you ... read more

After a lovely British breakfast of ham, scrambled egg, bean, tomatoes, and toast, the guys muscled our luggage down 5 flights of narrow stairs. We found a cab (Our first taxi in London, weeeeeeeeeee ) , and made our way to our train station. At least we saw a bit of London before leaving. Once again at the train station, we were ushered to the head of the line, and put on a train to York within 15 minutes. Im starting to believe crutches are necessary travel equipment. Hi, we are back The train ride was great & very quick. (High speed express), the B& B was perfect. Good call, Rick Steves Now the fun began. We were helped in finding a wheel chair for Suzanne. Within 2 hours we were in the middle of York, captive in a bank , in the biggest downpour & lightening storm we could of ever imagined. Back to the B& B and Totally drenched, we started over, and did manage a few pictures and some pub food before calling it a night.
