Day 2- York

After a lovely British breakfast of ham, scrambled egg, bean, tomatoes, and toast, the guys muscled our luggage down 5 flights of narrow stairs. We found a cab (Our first taxi in London, weeeeeeeeeee ) , and made our way to our train station. At least we saw a bit of London before leaving. Once again at the train station, we were ushered to the head of the line, and put on a train to York within 15 minutes. Im starting to believe crutches are necessary travel equipment.
Hi, we are back The train ride was great & very quick. (High speed express), the B& B was perfect. Good call, Rick Steves Now the fun began. We were helped in finding a wheel chair for Suzanne. It was a great way to go We headed into town for a quick lunch, and some sight seeing. Lunch was good but it started to rain a bit. Within 2 hours we were in the middle of York, captive in a bank , in the biggest downpour & lightening storm we could of ever imagined. Back to the B& B and Totally drenched, we started over, and did manage a few pictures and some
