17 sierpnia - Ljubljana Rano szybkie sniadanie, znowu ze Szwajcarami - oni chyba caly tylko czas jedza ;) nie, nie, wygladaja na aktywnych turystow i maja fajne latareczki, tez chce taka;) Ale to kiedys, moze w przyszlym roku. Szybko jedziemy do stolicy. Szukamy jakiegos miejsca do zaparkowania, co graniczy z cudem. Znajdujemy je gdzies na osiedlu domkow, ale niedaleko od centrum jak sie poniej okazuje. Ljubljana jest malutka, tak malutka, ze idac dochodzimy do glownego placu nie zdajac sobie sprawy, ze to centrum turystyczne miasta. Znajduje sie na nim centrum informacji skad bierzemy plan miasta i zaczynamy zwiedzanie. Na placu znajduje sie most Triple Bridge (Tromostevje), Frančiškanska cerkev i maly market. Nad miastem kroluje zamek Ljubljanski grad, od razu postanawiamy sie wdrapac na wzgorze, zeby podziwiac panorame miasta. Schodzimy na dol i biegniemy zobaczyc Pa ... read more

On August 14th after being in Portugal for work and visiting family some days i started my summer holidays trip! I flew from Lisbon to Amsterdam and from Amsterdam i continued my trip where Adria Airways flew me to ljubljana in Slovenia. Adria operates this route with very small planes and the weather above the alps and in slovenia was bad, rainy and windy so we had quite some turbulence and especially with such a small plane you notice that well. Luckely enough i landed at Brnik Airport in one piece. 2 friends were waiting for me at the airport and drove me to their house. zo, een lekkere raft-vakantie hebben we nog niet gehad! lekker mooi de raft-gids uithangen en dus 4 weken in het pitoresque dorpje Bled zitten in een hostel! yeah!! being a backpacker again!! yiehea!!! getting to know the ozzie's whom are actually travelling! Ik denk dat ik meer ozzie's hier heb gezien dan in australie zelf! schitterend land trouwens slovenië, geweldige mensen ook trouwens! zeker waard om hier nog een keertje terug te komen! I woke up early and caught the nice breakfast that they were serving. Then I ran into Chris and we made tentative plans to go to Zagreb together. After I hit an internet café and headed into town for a quick lunch. I passed by Lili’s shoe store and said a weird goodbye. Then I hauled ass back to the hostel through the rain and grabbed my stuff out of the luggage room. Chris was already gone so I headed to the train station myself. I arrived in Zagreb a bit after 6pm and gegan wandering in the underground mall by the station.
