Zoe Today is the last day in Barcelona We are really starting to get into Spanish time. At 11 o'clock we had breakfast. At a really nice bakery across the road. I had a croissant with chocolate filling, not really a healthy breakfast, but we're on holidays. After breakfast we went to Camp Nou and if you don't know what the is it is the soccer stadium for FCB (Football Club Barcelona). We went there for a early birthday present for my dad's 50th. Yes! Zoe "Everything you can image is real" -Picasso It's Franziska's last full day in Barcelona, so we want to make it fun for her. First we went to Museu Picasso. Which has lots of Picasso's paintings in it. Does anyone know what Picasso's full name is and how many words it is? If you want to find out keep reading until the end. Zoe Today we took a train into Barcelona. We arrived at the train station and it was beautiful. There was greenery everywhere. It was really fast and took 3 hours. It travelled at over 200 kilometers per hour. There was a beautiful view of the lovely country side. It was a very lovely train. When we arrived in Barcelona and took a cab to our apartment. It is very nice and here is an amazing view of the city. It is also walking distance to the metro. Mum and dad (Kym and Dean) have a double bed. By Zoe Have you ever dreamed of waking up in the heart of Madrid? Well if you haven't it will be your next dream after reading this. When I woke up I had a shower. While I was in the shower my dad (Dean) popped up to the shops to get breakfast. After breakfast we went to the market. It has lots of things to choose from. There was seafood, a butcher, a bakery, a cafe a pub and many more. All in one big shop. Then we walked down to the Madrid Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour. It took us to the art gallery, Reina Sofia. Zoe We have arrived in Spain after 24 hours of plane travel. We caught 2 planes, the first plane was 14 hours then we stopped at Dubai for a lovely breakfast in the first class lounge. Our second flight was 10 hours I did not sleep at all. Let's just say that I have grown a lot from the last plane trip. Two years ago when we went to Germany I was able to curl up in a little ball or lie across mum and dads lap to sleep. But now I am to tall to do all that so I had 2 hours of sleep on the plane.
