Hello from Osoyoos
A new experience, fantastic! Stan not into it? I've been learning how to trim a myriad of different fruit bushes and trees. Time will tell if I did it well. Heading back to Regina in % days for 10 days then back to Osoyoos. I will be in Regina for the Arts Festival, you? Look forward to seeing you, Susanne

Awesome diary & photos
Namaste Bev & Stan. Such brilliant colors. You are such a wonderful writer. We just finished a week in Lombok with Camilo & Gabriel & their families. Only Diego was missing. Saw a few turtle & nice colorful fish (small). Did some snorkeling but coral was not nice. We are now in Nepal until mid June. See you end of June. Friends from S'toon will come to stay at the cottage sometime in June & hopefully plant some flowers & tomatoes. They are June & Rick. June was a midwife. Would be great if you had a chance to visit.

Awesome Blog and Photos
Thanks for the kind words Mickey! Always lovely to hear from you. Sounds like you had a wonderful family reunion; most impressive to gather almost everyone so far from home. How unfortunate that you have already left Lombok though - we will be there this coming weekend, so have missed you by mere days! Enjoy your trekking and all else in beautiful Nepal. We look forward to seeing you at the lake in July, and sincerely hope Cathy will be around longer than two weeks this summer. Safe travels and hugs to you both.

Glad you're having such a great time!
Hi, Bev. The night diving sounds pretty amazing. I have never heard of it, so that was really something to read about! I'm glad you two are continuing to have a wonderful time. Take good care! Marcia

Glad you're having such a great time!
Thank you Marcia for joining us vicariously in our travels, and taking a moment to share your feedback. Yes, the night dive was an unknown entity to me as well, some time ago, being a girl from the prairies and all 🤣 Who'd a known where this life would take me? Who ever knows? That's why it's called an adventure I guess. I hope your music adventures are continuing to provide you with much discovery and joy as well. Miss you all 🙏

Hello from Osoyoos
Well there, I was beginning to wonder if you had fallen into the sea and not come back up. So long since your last blog. Lovely it was indeed. Osoyoos is waking up with crocuses, hyacinths, daffodils and tulips giving us an array of many spring colours. Planting has began and the geraniums have been moved outside - not the ones in Regina! Two of the begonias have emerged here. I won't find out about the ones left in Regina until I return in1 month. The snow up on the mountain has been amazing. When I can, I take a few days mid week to go up and ski. Lucy has returned from Tasmania so I am enjoying the company of Dan, Mike and Lucy. Eric had his knee replacement last week and is doing well. Moving around with OTC pain meds and only using the narcotics at night. He is so very pleased with the result. Sometimes pushing the limits too quickly and experiencing the consequences after!! Best and love to you and Stan, Susanne

Peru
Wow! That was a really great blog. I had tears in my eyes at the end- very moving as I could tell that you were deeply touched by your whole travel experience, and also profoundly grateful- can’t ask for more than that from a travel adventure. So happy for all of you . Such wonderful memories made and deep connections forged. Many thanks for sharing with us. Hugs, Gail and Kim Ps. I was telling Brian and Carol about your trip and will be forwarding your blog to them as well:)

Peru
Can't ask for a better review than tears in the eyes of those reading my blog. I think I may have had years in my eyes when writing it, so I am very pleased that sentiment was communicated. It was a magical experience on so many levels, but all of them involved connection - to our family, to the human family, and to the beautiful environment that is our home on this planet. The tears are the gratitude at being able to experience these connections.

Holy Smokes, Bev!
Wow, Bev! Hats off to you. I cannot even imagine doing that trek. You are One Amazing Woman. Kudos to you and Anna. The Universe should plant shining stars on each of you. Machu Pichu
Wow! Is all I can say. What an amazing accomplishment and amazing , life changing experience you had. Always stretching yourself to learn and grow. You and Annie are an inspiration for us all. It sets a spark inside of me to experience this adventure as well . Not sure who I can recruit to join me. The scenery is spectacular. Thank you so much for sharing your adventures through your well written blog and your photos. Big hugs :)

Machu Picchu
Thank you Gail! Always love your feedback. I would definitely recommend adding Machu Picchu to your bucket list, and strongly encourage taking on one of the hikes - even a two day hike, if four is not possible. The best thing about being there was being away from the crowds, immersed in the beauty and magic of the Andes , and that experience comes during the hike. Like everything in life, the best rewards come with commitment, determination, and work. Hope you make it happen one day. You would love it.
