Machu Picchu
Greetings to you from the Sierra madre of Guerrero, Mexico. No hiking here as there is cartel activity in the region. I so empathize with your journey to this wonderful site. For me the purpose of any hike/trek is to take photos, so people I am traveling with are always way ahead of me. And I like hikes of no more than 4 hrs/day. Abrazos para ti y Stan.

Meanwhile.... back home in Canada
The weather is turning a bit cold, and alas, there is very little precipitation .... no rain on the coast & no snow in Bragg Creek area. Wishing you continued enjoyable travels. Abrazos.

Leaving Buenos Aires
Your love and appreciation of this city really shows in this blog. Thanks for the background history. I had no idea that so many people had met their demise under that brutal regime. The city itself looks very beautiful with its stunning architecture that you shared in your photos. Makes me want to visit there:) Thanks so much for sending this to us. Taking a trip from dismay to delight
Thank you so much for your travel updates. We have so enjoyed all of them and look forward to sharing them amongst ourselves and with others. Randy and Laurie are visiting tomorrow so we will be sharing those blogs in our discussions. Being in another culture and trying to communicate in another language is such a humbling experience and also such an education on so many levels. I ‘m sure that you’ve grown exponentially from these experiences. Takes courage and determination, both qualities that you have.. Thank you for your authenticity and willingness to share your learnings and insights that you have gleaned from your travel experiences. Wow, Bev. I'm sure glad that you are both okay. Sounds like a scary flight! In the US if a flight is interrupted and canceled, it's considered "an act of God", and there will not be any compensation. I hope that you can continue to travel safely!

Wow!You had me completely captivated with your descriptions of the undersea world. As always, you articulated it so well that I could visualize the beautiful scenery and marine life, Ypur passion and love of scuba diving really shines through your writing and is very contagious, even though I don’t swim lol . Fascinating how your interest developed years ago when you had your own aquarium. The photos were beautiful as well, and very clear. You must have a very good camera. I have so enjoyed each and every one of your blogs, Bev, and your insights and perspectives. I have looked forward to each posting and k kw that a lot of thought and work goes into each one, Thank you🙏🥰 As I write this, you will be on your way back to Canada.
