Geo: 52.1433, -10.2687Happy Independence DayIt's the 4th of July and nobody here cares. we tell everyone we see anyway. dot brought some Bissingers chocolate balls wrapped in red white and blue. we have been handing them out all day...they are a big hit.Last night we had our own pub crawl. We wanted to experience Ireland pub life. (Tom made us) We left the hotel around 10pm and went to Murphy's Bar. The music sounded good, but it was packed. we walked to Paudies Bar and had a drink, where it was quieter and they had traditional Irish live music. we moved on to Dingle Pub with a younger, livelier crowd and less traditional live music. pretty fun. young Irishman home on holiday hitting on Dee. lives in Florida not far from Susie. he took the picture ... read more

Geo: 52.1433, -10.2687Today was Dingle day. We had an awesome breakfast at our b&b. Tom came over after breakfast at his hostel and finished our breakfast. he had a "private" room with 3 other strangers and one bathroom. At least he got the top bunk. he had one stinky Australian and2 other guys. tonight he has a couple of girls in his room. only 17 euro. Not our kinda thing. by the time Tom, Dee and I got back to our b&b last night, we were locked out. dot had gone back earlier and taken our only key. we tried to throw pebbles at her window (that is harder than it looks, even with boy scout Tom) but nobody came to the window. turned out to be the wrong window.
