Rano sa budim na sracku, neskor pred mojim odchodom okolo 5.30 vypadol prud, takze balenie sa len pomocou svetla z mobilu. Vonku za bus stanicou velky trh s ovozelom, rybami a kopou ludi. Oproti mne isol aj prvy cudzinec co som tu videl, dost na mna vyjavene kukal. Dufam, ze na dalsom ubytku uz bude zrkadlo, som sa asi 5dni neholil. V pekarnicke, tych tu je kvanta, kupene na ranajky klasicky kolaciky. Opat daky iny druh. Do davao som sa rozhodol ist minivanom, ten stoji 250p, bus bude asi viacej, a je to rychlejsie. Do prveho som sa nedostal, po 5min prichadza dalsi. Sadam aj s dvoma ludmi. Ti neskor prestupuju do prichodzieho, tak ich nasledujem. Sedim vedla vodica, tak kopa placu. Z postele vypadnutie okolo 8.30 Zbalenie sa a cakanie v obyvacke kedy pre nas pride cs rodina. U cs nechavam stare slapky a knihu. Prichadza stary hilux a dvaja tazkotonaznici. Cs objednala obed (vysmazane kurata), ryzu spravila doma. Pustame sa do jedla. Hotovy zavod v jedeni. Na korbu nakladame matrac a sup ho do najnovsieho mallu. Pred vstupom do podzemneho parkoviska sbs kontroluje auto zrkadlom, nahodu ci tam neni daka vybusnina. Parkovisko prazdne. Vybiehame kupit dalsi matrac. Predavac si hned mysli, ze cs je moja zena. Nakupne centrum opat obrovske, no ludi tu moc nenakupuje. Matrac nam obsluha doniesla az k autu. Cs im dala neake tie kovove prasule. Smer dalsi obchodak. Nieco na styl obi. At first glance, the street outside the dim sum restaurant looks like one in downtown Manila. Roadside vendors line the sidewalks, college students stroll along, and all the trappings of development are apparent. Inside, the restaurant’s staff roams around in a hurried pace, a steady drone of chatter fills the air, and all the trappings of a Binondo diner are apparent. But linger a little bit longer and the differences set in; it’s a lot less hectic than the Philippine capital, the odorous durian assaults your nose, and the language is Bisaya, one I’m a bit familiar with but cannot fluently speak. Happy New Year!!!! I have been absent, stealthing around in Somaliland and other such places.... more of that in future posts.
