I'm feeling sad as I sit down to write this final blog. I can't believe that we are at the end of an 8 month jaunt around the world, having explored some of the most inspiring places that most people only dream of visiting. I hope that you enjoy this final instalment of our blog (for this trip anyway!) and thank you all for your most appreciated feedback and support! Well, we were almost reluctant to return to Kathmandu after our back to nature experience in Chitwan National Park. But the lure of the best pizza in the world ensured that we did in fact get on the bus back to the Kathmandu chaos. ...for du stjal min lommebok... Naa har jeg faatt nok! Det startet i gaar da en (nok en gang) fortvilet Tanya fant ut at noen hadde vaert i bagasjen hennes paa hotellet og stjaalet 60 dollar. Jeg telte umiddelbart mine penger, og vi gikk til en fantastisk middag paa stranden. Da vi kom tilbake tok det fem minutter og jeg stod roedsprengt i trynet og glodhetende, lik en brennmanet i Helvete: Noen hadde vaert i min bagasje denne gangen, og tatt naermere 5000 rupies... Hva gjoer hotellet?! De bare nikker paa sin ufyselige maate, stirrer paa oss som om vi skulle ha roemt fra psykriatisk (ja selvfoelgelig: jeg stjeler mine egne penger... Photo's will go on this evening, internet too slow where i am now! Sorry :( Had a Night out in Baga ...we went to Tito's in Baga for dinner and smoked a fruit thing! There was nothing illegal in them so don't worry! After that went to Cafe Mambo on the beach which is an amazing club:) Great night out. Another chilled day on beach and great food tiger prawns for lunch:) Went on an island trip saw some dolphins and ash did some fishing.....caught nothing! We come back to Palomen last night to spend one more day with Amanda and keith from Florida. We are going to the Ritz of Goa this afternoon. to use the luxury facilities/pools and chill. We once again arose early, very surprising, and took a taxi to Calangunte (the Costa Del Sol of india). We arrived pre breakfast, so first on the agenda was a nice cafe to sit and eat breakfast. We settled for a very large canteen place overlooking the sea. I (Dale) was not in the best of health, but a room had to be found. Ollie and myself were left the task of finding the accomodation. After a short while we actually found a small but quant little hotel which could accomodate myself for the afternoon, which is were i spent all of it, ill. Meanwhile, Mark and Ollie were left to wander the 'delights' and 'hassles' (sarcasm) of Calangunte beach.
