Sikkim is legendary for its peaceful nature and simplicity. In Sikkim, the famous for Kanchenjunga and the third highest mountain in the world.
Places to Visit in Sikkim is:- Sikkim's sharp, lush hills, leaping waterfalls, thundering rivers, and placid lakes and Himalayan state.
Do you have any plan to visit India this year?
hav you plann to visit kerala ...new year celebrations are coming..
I suggest to avoid the Sikkim on July or monsoon season, as Sikkim is one of the rainiest region of India. Your trip may be spoil because of rain as you cannot go out to see nature and low visibility on road.
I think you come to Maharashtra or Gujrat during monsoon as both state has relevant rainfalls.
also sikkim is famous for mountain climbing, there are several agencies that provide courses.
HMI(HIMALAYAN MOUNTAINEERING INSTITUTE) is a reputed training institute there.
i want to visit India but i have sirious reason is enough money. so i have to visit your country by watching TV
The best time to visit Sikkim is in autumn between September to October. It is a beautiful land is well-known as the land of monasteries. It has large area bounded by lush green forests located on the Shivalik Hills. Gangtok is my personal favorite and some of the best tourist spot at Gangtok are Tsomgo Lake, Fambong La Wildlife Sanctuary and Hanuman Tok.
Thnak you for sharing the information and making the travel experience so easy.
Sikkim is basically a small state in Gangtok but it is really a very beautiful place as well as a tourist place. There are many places to visit like Rumtek Monatesry, Nathu La, Gurudongmar lake, Khecheoprali lake, Hanuman Tok, Phodong Monastery, Zemu Glacier, Ganesh Tok these are the most visited tourist place in sikkim as most of the tourist visit these places only.
