Pips Travels, from New Zealand, who is just beginning his annual visit to family in Norway and then on to Spain, etc. I've been Following him for some time, and always enjoy reading about his extensive travels, mostly around Europe.

Caroline and Ken, who joined TB in Jan 2005...blogger #1440...one of the first! They blogged their trip to Thailand and Southeast Asia way back when and then forgot about blogging. Now married and with kids, they are about to embark on another journey and wanted to blog about it. They read a recommendation for TB on Facebook, and when signing up with FB discovered that they were already members! Welcome back!

Reply to this Not to make an already outstanding list of nominees even longer and more difficult to decide who to vote for, I just have to nominate
buddymedbery currently traveling with his family from Normandy, across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany visiting the major sites from WWI and WWII. He provides a lot of history in abbreviated form so it's not difficult to follow along. It's worth going back to his first blog of this trip to be reminded of this history as D-Day was June 6th.
