The overnight bus to Lima was pretty uneventful, but I didn’t get much sleep. After checking into the Hotel and wandering around the beach front for a couple of hours, Yanina and David came and picked me up and took me to lunch. David was my tour guide for afternoon, and in the evening we all went out to the fountain park. It sounds a bit weird, but it was a really cool place, and the world’s highest fountain is found here. There are all these different types of fountains, and the big ones spurt to music. Some are just plain coloured, there is one that you can walk through, and there is a fun one which you play in and you have to dodge the spurts of water that come up at random times. I
