When: 19th - 21st June Where: Edmonton, the capital city Highights: A lot of biking, walking the WEM & of course the first camping experience in warm weather Weather: 30C - 12C Mileage: 630km Leaving home around 8.30am, we followed the almost straight road, the Deerfoot Trail, N to Edmonton. 299km and 3 hours later, we reached our campground. As expected, S slept most of the way. The campground was almost full. Thankfully I reserved it a day ago. Somewhere along the drive, both of us realized that it was a longer drive than we expected & since we started late, we would do justice if we stayed one more day. So.
