Well another weekender to talk of - and some time spent watching the likes of Ronaldo and Rooney! But first, our latest weekend trip saw a visit to Sherwood Forest, outside of Nottingham. Folklore, old wives tale and numerous over-hyped movies all tell the story of Robin Hood and his merry men asailing through Sherwood forest, stealing from the rich, ya-da ya-da, so on and so forth etc. So we drove down in Sheryl to see what we could find. The forest has been setup for the families to visit, with This week we had the opportunity to go to the Manchester United vs. Lille game at Old Trafford, played as part of the UEFA Champions League. Hi everyone! I’m trying this travel website thing to keep in touch and hopefully post some interesting photos of Europe. I figure it’s a bit more convenient and more fun than sending out loads of emails. I’ll try to update every once in a while. So here’s what it’s been like, in a very broad sense, so far: The food isn’t as bad as I’ve heard it to be, but there are a lot of strange foods/combinations of foods that I’ve never seen in America. I’ve been attempting to try some new dishes and for the most part have liked them. There are set meal times though. Breakfast is from 8-9.30, lunch is from 12-2, dinner is from 6-7. Hello everybody, After spending nearly 4 weeks in Melbourne, I realised that something was missing from my vacation! Please don't mis-understand me, Melbourne is a beautiful city, so much to offer, I just knew that a huge part of my life wasn't there with me! , this started to get me homesick I have met some truly wonderful people along the way, from countries such as Holland, Italy, Eire, USA, Taiwan, Sweden, France, Germany, Canada, Switzerland, Belgium, N Ireland, S Korea, Denmark, Chile, Brazil, Japan, Israel, Austria, Australia, New Zealand and last but not least England. I have helped Boram( S Korea) with her english!
