16. 08. in die Ukraine 400 km Heute kam ich bei weitem nicht so weit, wie gehofft, was an mehreren Komplikationen liegt. Es ging schon schlecht an, weil ich um 6. 00 aus dem Bett fiel und mit das Auge am Nachtkastleck anschlug. Natürlich das Auge mit all dem eingebauten Zeugs. Es blutete und tat weh. Nachdem das Blut endlich nicht mehr so floss, konnte ich sehen, dass vom Lid ein Stück Haut weghing,. Zuerst dachte ich, dass ich garnichts mache, aber dann ging ich nach dem Frühstück doch los und suchte eine Apotheke. Zuerst stieß ich aber auf das Gesundheitszentrum dieses Kaffs und fand dies den geeigneten Ort für mein Problem. Aber nein. Today’s virtual two was in two parts, the first a cycle ride which I had taken before but it was still enjoyable although for Adam our virtual guide the high temperatures made cycling quite difficult. Tata is not a large town but it has so many interesting things to see - we started the tour in front of a beautiful twin tower church, next was the newly renovated Esterházy Palace where we could still see areas that still needed refurbishment. Quite a contrast between the Habsburg Yellow and the new Hapsburg Porcelain. Tata Castle, built in the mid 14th-century now a museum and we ended the tour overlooking a beautiful lake where we learnt Tens of thousands of wild geese and ducks spend the autumn and the winter on the lake.
