After our flight from Bali, we arrived in Taipei, Taiwan arround 7:30 am and had a 10 hour layover. We decided to make the best of our time and go do some exploring around Taipei. After some research, we found out the tallest skyscraper in the world, Taipei 101, happens to be in Taipei! We were excited to find out about this and were off to see it for ourselves. We exchanged some US dollars for some local currency and headed out of the airport. We had several options for transportation. We could have taken a cab, bus, or high speed rail system. We took the high speed railway of course! It was so fast. It reminded us of the Maglev that we rode in Shanghai. Our stop on the railway was Taipei City Hall. About
