It was a perfect day on the Atlantic today, not a ripple or a swell, unbelievable. We travelled for 9 ½ hours for 92 miles, even the current was going our way. Icebergs, whales, seals and white sided dolphins kept us company. We should be done with Icebergs; they were no problem when there is no fog. This cool weather has been good for keeping the fog at bay. This is such a rugged coast line; we are in the Long Range Mountains, with caves here and there. We passed many small settlements here on the Cape shore. I wanted to round this Cape St. John and traverse White Bay while the weather was good, it is supposed to deteriorate on the week-end.
