Cook’s Harbour Newfoundland
July 7th 2013 Two big hurtles behind us, the crossing of the Straits of Belle Isle and the long run up the west shore to the northern tip of Newfoundland. This body of water can be very treacherous but we had good weather and a fine run. The west shore is empty with no harbour for a long stretch and luckily we didn’t need one. It was a little lumpy but the angle of the waves was good.
