Geo: 32.05, 118.78Serena, Luca and I are off to get some cheap videos and try to find the real China.the Metro trip is getting really easy. The crowds don't seem to bother us any more. We are becoming more and more Chinese every day.It's great walking the streets of China. We found the video shop and then we stumbled across a market. Eels being skinned right in front of us. Boys cleaning shell fish on the street. We went and found a little place called "Sculpting in Time". There is another at Confucius Temple. We ate sandwiches and a banana split. Geo: 32.05, 118.78 Once a Year at the school they have "International Day"On this day everyone comes together to show something about your Country.This year there where so many Australians... last year there where 3 Families.This year there where more than 10.We chose to do "Mem Fox - Possum Magic"So we made Vegemite sandwiches and Anzac Cookies.We had a mintie ripping competition that was a huge hit and you could make a leaf to put on out tree which had all of our Aussie stuffed animals hanging on it. We also printing out two pages from the book as back drops. After months and weeks of planning and organizing we had a fantastic day. We also did a performance on the stage... Geo: 32.05, 118.78Well Matthew loves Fishing.... So why not go fishing in China.We followed our drivers father-in-law to the fishing place.The weather wasn't the best. It was drizzling and over cast and a little cold. Normal Nanjing Weather.We headed towards the Yanksee River. We then turned off the freeway and down a very narrow down slopping street only big enough to fit one car. Ahhh... Scarey. We traveled down the road for a bit. Until we came to the end. There we found two huge concrete square pools. We jumped out of the car and stepped into puddles of mud..... Good start...We got our fishing rods and bait and off we went. Hey, we think we need to party!!We had a lovely dinner at Bellini's (our local Italian place) then we piled into two cars and went off to the night club district 1912 to the KTV. What is KTV you might be asking.... Karaoke....We had our own little private room about as big as a normal bedroon ith a stage and it's own bathroom.We had 3 micophones. There where 6 ladies and 4 men. 4 people from America, 2 ladies from Sweden, 2 from England, me from Australia and Luca from Italy... Now time for the song selection.
