Tuesday August 27,2013 (Ipswich-United Kingdom Morning/ Princeton,NJ U.S.A. Evening) I awoke in the YURT for my last night at Poplar Farm House...and it was quite an adventure. A YURT is a white out door tent that one can assemble and take down easily. A nice place to lay one's head but here is the tragedy part..............no internet and so you have to read via your flashlight. Think of it of being outdoors but yet have the comfort of home close by. Don't worry about the voices of the wild animals you might or not hear in the darkness. Sunday August 25,2013 Ipswich Suffolk I awoke to sunny and clear blue skies at Poplar Farm House! I ate breakfast with Sally and then showered to get ready for the lunch party. Around 10:00........finished up laundry and then helped in the kitchen to figure out the food. Many of the what was on the menu for today.....Sally had made the day before. MENU for our Lunch Party: Appetizer: Fish Dish which was Prawns, Trout, Smoked Salmon and Smoked Mackerel with Mayonnaise. Main Courses: Carrot Pie and Moussaka (With Meat) Veggies: Green Beans from PFH Garden, New Potatoes, Green Salad from PFH Garden. Friday August 23,2013 Ipswich Awoke to a beautiful sunny blue skies at PFH! I just chilled after breakfast watching videos and reading. In the afternoon.....had lunch and did errands with Sally in town. At PFH...focused on the garden, cleaning up and just relaxing. The dogs love following anyone outside especially Sally. Shale loves to roll around on the ground while Rune likes to play with his ball. Both dogs like to sleep as well after long hard day at PFH. Later....I helped Sally with a few things before dinner. It was Victor's night to make dinner and he made delicious Crepes. Savory and sweet ones alike! We played some more rounds of Banana Grams which is always fun! Goodnight...Everyone! Wednesday August 21,2013 Clapham Junction/Outer London I awoke to beautiful and sunny day in Clapham Junction. I took a different route back into London via a bus to Alldwych. I am trying different things when travelling this time....try something new...you never know. I am having fun! I decided to travel to one of my favorite places in London which is Covent Garden. It is a wonderful place to just wonder, watch people going by, shopping and of course the different Street Performers doing their thing. Awesome! Enjoyed the day! Time to get back to PFH and our special outing tonight. I got back to Ipswich about 4:20/4:25 pm and then Sally picked me up from the bus stop which was great.
