Looking to rent a small house our apartment for the month of February... not sure where. Please help!

Hello!! Does anyone know of a good place to rent a small house or apartment in South-East Asia? My boyfriend and I are backpacking through Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. For our last month abroad (February) we would like to find a nice spot to rent for hopefully around $300. If you know of anywhere or can suggest a website to check out it would be greatly appreciated. We aren't sure where we want to situate ourself but are kind of leaning towards southern Thailand. Any help at all would be great! Thank you :D
