Has anyone stayed in Hotel PP Casita on Phi phi Don?

I have just booked to stay there for 2 days over Christmas, the description of the location was a bit vague and I have since been told that it could be located on a site close to stagnant water and that there is a BIG problem with mosquitos. If anyone has either stayed there or know of it will you please let me know if this is true. Also if it is true I need to re-book somewhere else so recommendations with contact details eg phone number would be much appreciated. We tried looking in the Rough Guide and also Lonely Planet guide but the phone numbers are pre tsunami and won't connect. Our budget is around 1800 Bahts per night at the most, especially as I've paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights and doubt I'll get my money back. Thanks, sheila
