Travelling to South East Asia next year with my boyfriend, how easy is it to get work in places like Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam?

Was thinking of bar/hotel work? Has anyone done this, if so what was pay like, hours, working permits etc?? We both only speak English....would this be a problem? Am more than willing to learn new languages when we are out there.

The good news to all international travelers is that Bhutan is planning to fully open for tourism / international Travelers from September 2022 onwards with no quarantine.
