That was tough, saying goodbye! No turning back now. The adventure begins. . . . . .with an 11 hour plane journey, which was delayed by two hours! Fantastic. Having never flown particularly far before, the prospect of being wedged into a small seat for longer than your average working day was not pleasant. OK, so I had a small screen infront of me and I was expected to sleep for much of it, reminded me of work a little, but thankfully my colleagues were never in such close proximity. A large-ish woman on my right and a couple on my left did their best to disrupt any chance of sleeping I might have had...but eventually, after watching an interesting tv program about an Aussie who handmakes cricket bats, whilst I ate dinner, I wrapped myself
