The bike trimmed to fit
two hours works saves a good deal of cash: worth the effort As preparations get under way the point of no return has arrived: the bike has had to be crated and shipped: this translates as me giving someone my pride and joy, who then nails it in a wooden box and sends its off to who knows who, to be flown in who knows what, all in the vain hope that it will be waiting for us next Tuesday morning in the Buenos Aires cargo terminal.
Truly the point of no return!!
The crating was pretty straight forward, and the bike really only needed the front end trimming to cut costs by about 15%!!
Not a thrilling read, but to any that are interested in further information for their own trips, please look at the shippers advice page on the Horizons Unlimited website
