Okej, nu har vi packat och fixat hela dan och har förhoppningsvis läget under kontroll. Trodde packningen skulle bli större, men vi har nog allt vi behöver och så får vi ju plats med souvenirer. Stefan har idag köpt lite prylar till kameran, minneskort, stativ till mobilen så vi båda kan vara med på fotot och tre olika linser för att ta vidvinkelbilder och närbilder. Det blir nog bra det. Vi ger ett stort tack till pappa Bide' som igår upptäckte ett fel i våra resedokument. Mitt namn Cecilia saknades (varför ska man ha sitt tilltalsnamn sist?!) men nu har vi pratat med Norwegian och det ska förhoppningsvis va lugnt när vi pratat med Kilroy imorrn. Today was our day trip into Sweden. Given that it's just across the water from Copenhagen and there's a handy bridge to get there, we all piled on board the bus and headed over the bridge (complete with a view of a shipwreck out the right hand side off the bridge) to Sweden to perform first in the cathedral in Lund, another Lutheran church that was undoubtedly something else to begin with - it was the most Catholic-looking service I have ever been to, even if the content and wording was rather more Lutheran (from what we could gather from the English bits and the odd word of Swedish that was similar enough to English. After 24 hours of travelling and a few hours of scattered sleep I finally made it to Lund! Of course I got lost as soon as I got there and ended up waiting on the wrong side of the train station to be picked up.. luckily I met Gabby who had done the same thing! Eventually someone found us and took us to register and sign our housing contracts. The rest of this day consisted of a few other formalities and settling into my room. L FINALLY GOT A NEW VISA IT IS CALLED THE RESIDENCE PERMIT....FOR IN SWDEN. It means that l can stay in sweden for the next 3 months and can make short trips to other countries in the EU!!! l am so excited. just thought l would add it in. miss you all very much....... read more

Tomorrow the flight leaves. There's an air of excitement as well as anxiety. The latter I got rid of at the pub in the company of good friends. Whenever I leave for a longer journey I always feel there's something unreal about the entire thing. With the Skåne winter rain beating against the window, I look forward to a hot, humid wall swallowing me as I descend the stairs from the plane in Malaysia.... read more
