India and Nepal bound

India...Nepal....images of the Ganges, elephants, the Himalayas, chaos, crowds, and so much more fill my mind when I think of them. Soon, I'll be there, just one of many curious travelers to see what the countries have to offer. Luckily, I'll visit India with a close friend, Elisa, though I'll be searching for inner peace in Lumbini (Buddha's birthplace) and throughout Nepal solo.

I'm not one prone to romanticism, but the Taj Mahal, a masoleum made for the emperor's favorite wife, has always held a very particular spot in my heart. I look forward to this trip and I hope you will join us via the web!
