Hello! My name is Tanya and I live in the United Kingdom. I was born in London and moved to Hampshire with my boyfriend in March 2021. I work full time at home for a local government, working in Compliance where contact landlords, agents and tenants to obtain valid gas certificates and arrange appointments for gas servicing. Before that I worked in libraries as a Customer Service Assistant for nearly 13 years. I started travelling back in 2012 and I have loved every second. I have been to Portugal, America, Spain, Gibraltar and Iceland - as well as Scotland, Republic of Ireland and Wales. My next adventure is in October, where we will be driving on the famous American Mother Road - Route 66! From Chicago to Los Angeles. My main hobby is photography, which is the reason why I have started this blog. I love visiting local attractions and historical places. My main focus in photography is architecture, nature and history - especially military history. I'd like to share my photographs and experiences with everyone and hopefully inspire you to visit the places I have and learn the rich history that the UK can offer. Happy Travels!

I'm Lara, currently 19 years old, and I left Germany for New Zealand on December the second. I have always wanted to travel, and I have already travelled some in my time, but never so far from home and quite so alone. I came here largely because of my undying love for Lord of the Rings, and also because of a general lack of anything better to do. I'm fixing to stay a year, and I'll be trying to write into my fancy little leatherbound diary at least a few times a week - anyone who knows me also knows it's not going to be more than that. I don't like being away from home for that long, said Charlie. Maybe 3 weeks, he said. I suppose we could go a bit longer seeing as it's our honeymoon. Definitely no more than 4, though. So we compromised and are going adventuring for a grand total of 66 days with a Collins Family Christmas squeezed in there. Nine and a half glorious weeks. Japan - New Zealand - Australia - Preston
