Well the last couple of posts talked about what I was drinking, and what I was not eating, and breakfast, so I bet you are hungry for more! HA! Lunch I normally eat a can of tuna fish and have some fruit, I ran out today, so I had some rasins that I was using to spice up the oatmeal. I notice even after I eat the tuna fish and the fruit that I am still a little hungry, but I am not weak, just kinda of feel like I can use more. Some days I cheat and have a package of Ramen which really is miss named, should be packet of saturated fat and salt. The only saving grace for it is that it is really cheap at .2 a package.
