Asia Travel Diet
Cheap Asia travel diet pictured some fruit oatmeal, pineapple Oj that I bought on sale and nescafe and the cheapest immersion heater in Asia! Well the last couple of posts talked about what I was drinking, and what I was not eating, and breakfast, so I bet you are hungry for more! HA!
Lunch I normally eat a can of tuna fish and have some fruit, I ran out today, so I had some rasins that I was using to spice up the oatmeal. I notice even after I eat the tuna fish and the fruit that I am still a little hungry, but I am not weak, just kinda of feel like I can use more.
Some days I cheat and have a package of Ramen which really is miss named, should be packet of saturated fat and salt. The only saving grace for it is that it is really cheap at .2 a package.
I have been going to the gym or getting some sort of work out at least 4 times a week. Yesterday I took a day off which you do need to do so that the body can repair itself and build more muscle. I notice that my laps are getting faster in the swimming pool for the same ammount of effort as my stamina and muscles are getting use to the workouts so I need to dial it up a bit.
My Friend that I have not seen for almost a month commented that I am looking slimmer YEA!
I have been under $20 a day for most of this month excluding rent and visa stuff, Not eating alot of junk is really helping the travel budget.
