id like to see, kyoto, Tokyo and we are flying into osaka so we'll see it too. going to go to a music festival there too. anyone have any ideas of anything to see or do, we are going from August 1 2008.

Reply to this For nightlife you may like these suburbs in Osaka... Amerika Mura and Dotonbori..... in Tokyo I really liked Ginza, Shibya, Shinjuku. These are the places most famose for all the neon that you see on the tv etc. Shibya and Shinjuku where used in the fast and furious and lost in translation, Shinjuku was the insperation of Blade Runner. Ginza is the high fashion area while head to Akihabara (or Akiaba) during the day, it is where all the electronics shops are. Osaka's Amerika Mura and Dotonbori are just crazy fun. some good info here http://www.happyjappy.com
