Russia for Watson

Learning Russian, but translator would be nice.

I'm applying for a Watson this year, and will be spending part of my year in Russia-St. Petersburg and Moscow, as well as remoter places, such as the Kamchatka Peninsula. Anyone know how hard it is to find english translators, and what the going rate is? Also, related question: How is the rail system across Russia? Reply to this
