I would say Baguio or Tagaytay would be best. The place is cold and you would surely enjoy your honeymoon. But if you want more adventure and fun, you can go to beach resorts in Cebu, boracay, and palawan.

Keep in mind that December and January will usually have the highest prices for hotels. This time of year is when many Filipinos living and working overseas come home for the holidays!

I would start with Manila for 2 or 3 days, this way you can get used to the heat and any time changes and see a little bit of the big city. You should also plan on spending the last night in Manila so you will be set up okay for your ride back home. Nothing ruins a holiday trip like having a last minute connection breaking down and you miss your flight back.

My preference for Manila is a hotel room in the Ermita area of Manila. This area is just off Roxas Blvd. From this part of the city you can walk to the Robinson Mall, restaurants of all types, bars, casino, travel agencies, etc. You can also walk to the MRT station so you can broaden your tour of the city. Hotels in many price ranges in this area - keep in mind that you are in high season and you may have to reserve ahead of time.

When you leave Manila why not settle on a one nice place and explore that area and just relax. On my honeymoon I rarely left the hotel anyway!

Good luck.

hi
if you landed at cebu, try shangri-la mactan by www.shangri-la.com to see the photo galery. is a beautiful resort to stay one or two night.

then you take a boat from cebu to bohol. there a a few ferry operator from cebu. my last visit on may 16, 2008, i stayed at alone beach, panglao. it was very windy that period, so the beach is not nice at all. but we go to balisacag to see dolphin and enjoy the beautiful island. I love so much with this island. there is a resort here. the price is average to high rank. in bohol you could do the city tour to chololate hill, loboc river cruise with lunch, etc.... you also can atke a ferry from tagbilaran, bohol to apo island via dumaguete city.

from cebu you could fly to boracay via cactilan by cebu pacific airlines. check the online booking from http://cebupacificair.com/ , limited flight a day which fly directly to cactilan, the neraest airport to boracay

i don't have any comment on siquijor. and you could explore the luzon island which depend how much time you have.
