Looking to see if anyone knows much about accomodation in Lhasa.

I'm planning way in advance for my gap year, and want to know if anyone knows much about accomodation in Lhasa (,Old Tibet). If you have any suggestions, please post below. If you have multiple suggestions, my criteria is that it needs to be as close to the city centre as possible, but also within walking distance of the railway station. If your hotel doesn't match this description, don't worry - post it anyway - the more the merrier!

Reply to this We too are looking for places in Lhasa when we are there April 2008. I was also in tripadvisor.com forum page.
someone suggested staying in the old Tibet section and not the Chinese to really appreciate the Tibetan way & not the Chinese.
