Northern India not much time

I'm in super good time. Will spend the 15th - 25th in northern India. Close to Nepal. My fligt will depart Bombay the 25th of May. What to do in between mid May to the 25th?

See above. Will spend mid April to mid May 2006, at a yoga ashram (yoga teacher training) in this region (with no opportunity to travel meanwhile (due to 24/7 school)
What is most worth it afterwards, considering I only have 10 days of leisure time afterwards? Nepal? Advice and suggestions?
